SHIPPING
All orders ship via standard Canada Post shipping unless otherwise specified. If you have an account that you would like your favourite BOBA purchase to be shipped on email us sales{at}babyonboardapparel.com and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. We try to ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt of the order. Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number. If you do not hear from us with 48 hours be sure to send us an email sales{at}babyonboardapparel.com
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We at BOBA inspect and pack all of our orders with care. We do however acknowledge human error and that there may be times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Should this occur with your shipment, we will gladly replace the purchased items as soon as possible so please contact us the moment you notice our error and we will have the problem fixed.
Returning an Item
Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Items should be in original condition. If possible, use the original packaging on returns. Items should be returned, postage prepaid, to:

Please include the original sales receipt. For returns, invoice amount less shipping charges will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of goods. Exchanges will be sent out free of charge.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price, "including the shipping or freight cost" where applicable. Shipping charges may be non-refundable. If the goods are shipped freight inclusive we may deduct the shipping price from the original purchase price.
All exchanges will ship out within 5-7 days of receipt of original merchandise and sales receipt.
